Payment Policy We accept cash, personal check, traveler’s cheques, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Rates are subject to sales tax. Reservations will be confirmed with one night's deposit. Must be secured by credit card at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy No charge for cancellation received seven days prior to single room booking. A one-night room charge will be applied for cancellation within 6 days of the check-in date unless the room can be rented to someone else.
14-Day notice required for holidays, special events and multi-room reservations. A one-night room charge will be applied for each room cancelled. No cancellations accepted for whole house bookings.

We are 6 miles from the Bayview ferry and 45 miles from the Swan Quarter ferry to Ocracoke Island, making us the perfect stop along the way for travelers to and from the Outer Banks. We have schedules for all of the NC ferries to help you plan your excursions.
For boaters, a state dock called Harding's Landing offers deep water access just across the street from The inn. There is no charge for docking overnight, but there is a three day maximum stay at the dock. No facilities at dock.
